[hr-education] HRE for the Military

Hello All:

I'm writing an article on Human Rights Education for the military/police. 
Besides Prof. Claude's fine, edited volume on HRE, are there any other
good sources on the subject? 

In addition, could anyone recommend a train-the-trainer course to learn
how to educate military personnel in Human Rights?
