[hr-education-na] World Program for Human Rights Education

Dear Colleagues, 

Has any local school system in the US or abroad implemented first phase of
World Plan for Human Rights Education? (see
http://www.ohchr.org/english/issues/education/training/programme.htm ).
What national governments are currently involved? If New York City were to
be a test case, could we get help in our advocacy work?
