[hr-education-na] Re: Goals and objectives of HRE

I have found the following grid (taken from the publication "Human Rights
Here and Now") to be very useful when discussing a "scope and sequence"
for HRE:

It has also proven to be valuable when "justifying" the pedagogical
strengths of this approach to skeptical teachers and administrators.
