See aspects of the Iraq War that the U.S. media never aired. Special Guest Speaker: NADIA BILBASSY-CHARTERS, AL-ARABIYYA NEWS CHANNEL Please note that in observance of Ramadan, light fare will be available. The Human Rights Film Series shows films on cutting-edge international human rights issues, as well as films that discuss using media as a strategy in human rights campaigns. Screenings are held at the law school on Mondays and at Main Campus on Wednesdays. Each film is followed by a discussion led by an expert on the topic of the film. The remaining WCL screening is DEADLINE, where a special panel of distinguished experts will discuss Prisoner Rights and the Use of Film in Advocacy Campaigns, on Mon., Oct. 25, at 6 pm, in Rm. 602 after screening a short clip of the documentary film.
