1. HUMAN RIGHTS DIALOGUE: "Environmental Rights"
===========================================================
Are you teaching courses on environmental rights this semester? The Spring
2004 issue of HUMAN RIGHTS DIALOGUE is designed to help students explore
the definition, status, and relevance of environmental rights in law and
politics around the world, and the extent to which a human rights lens is a
helpful way in which to view environmental issues. Case studies cover
Cambodia's fishing communities, the working poor in Dehli, the Arctic's
Inuit, and other groups with direct experience of environmental injustices.

3. NEW: Opportunities for Students to Interact with DIALOGUE
===========================================================
Take advantage of two new opportunities to have your students interact more
closely with DIALOGUE:
1) DIALOGUE ONLINE can set up an online discussion board for your class,
enabling students to interact with the writers and editors of particular
DIALOGUE issues. For more information and/or to apply for our discussion
board option, contact Morgan Stoffregen at mstoffregen@cceia.org .
2) DIALOGUE ONLINE is now actively soliciting responses from students to
DIALOGUE articles (note: some of these will be published in print). All
responses should be sent to dialogue@cceia.org.

===========================================================
4. Fill out the DIALOGUE survey and receive free issues.
===========================================================
Are you currently teaching with DIALOGUE? Take a few minutes to tell us
what you think by filling out the DIALOGUE survey. In return, we will send
you free print issues for your class (up to 40 copies).

===========================================================
Are you teaching courses on other aspects of human rights? Previous issues
of DIALOGUE (1994-present) are available for free as downloadable PDFs;
specific articles can also be read in HTML. Recent issues have explored
"Violence Against Women," "Making Human Rights Work in a Globalizing
World," and "Public Security and Human Rights."
