I congratulate you for this initiative.

In my experience, I think the question of teacher training is at the heart
of the issue.  There are several challenging to getting teachers on board.

1. Human rights training for teachers may be optional or extra... (as in
not critical to the educational process)

2. Since curriculum is set by governments it is imparative that advocacy
work be done in that sector as well.  When the state
insists/demands/assumes a particular topic is covered then the question is
no longer "oh this is nice to do" but "this must be done".
