ERC-L is a bi-weekly e-mail newsletter about new resources for human
rights education and training on the web site of Human Rights Education
Associates (HREA). The Electronic Resource Centre consists of a Human
Rights Education Library, a Calendar which lists courses and trainings
worldwide, a Human Rights Education Links section and Databases of Human
Rights Education Funders, Material Developers, Organisations, and

## FEATURE ##
A 12-Point Guide for Good Practice in the Training and Education for Human
Rights of Government Officials
This guide is developed by Amnesty International and outlines basic
elements to implement an effective human rights training programme for
public officials. It is intended as a blueprint for good practice and the
foundation for monitoring and evaluating training and educational
programmes on human rights for government officials. This guide is also
meant to assist NGOs and academics working in this field by proposing a
shared code of good practice.
