Re: Street Law Project - Kosovo

Dear Ms. Rabinakova,

Allow me to inform you that the Street Law programme is successfully running in
Kosovo. We are presently working with women and prisoners in difference regions
in Kosovo. The project is being considered very attractive not only for the
categories we are covering but also for other sectors of the population,
such as
students, children and youth. On behalf of the Kosovo Law Centre I want to
thank
you for the support you gave us on the launching of the project. There are
however some difficulties we are facing which may hinder the further
progress of
our programme.

One of our main concerns is that the funding for the project will end by
the end of April. We have received some informal confirmations for the
funding of the project, however nothing is signed so far. We have also sent
a project proposal to the European Commission Call for Proposals regarding
our project but we are not sure whether we will win or not. Given the
importance of the project we would very much
appreciate if your organization would advise us somehow or channel us on
seeking
for new funds or provide any kind of support that might temporarily
overcome the
projects obstacles.

I thank you in advance for your assistance and looking forward to hearing from
you.

With my best regards

Visar Morina
Street Law Coordinator
