I started the South African Street Law programme in 1986 and have been working with 16 Eastern and Central European and former USSR countries in the Open Society Institute Network. Their are Street Law regional resource offices in Warsaw (Monika Platek), St Petersburg (Viktor Pronkin) and Budapest (Agnes Kover). Have you been in contact with any of them?
