I have forwarded your request on to a number of my colleagues.  There are 
educational partnership grants available through the US government, and you 
might be able to explore their availability with your local US Dept. of State 
office or Embassy.  If one is available, I could then check with our faculty 
to see if we could cooperate in applying for the grant, which would provide 
travel money to support a cooperation with your program.
