Special Announcement This is to announce the Third International Workshop on Indigenous Children and Youth. It is being planned for July 17-19 2002 and will be held at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. In addition to an update on international actions and activities that effect indigenous children (including the outcome of the UN General Assembly Special Session on Children) we hope to focus on educational challenges faced by indigenous peoples and their children. Please let us know if you have specific education issues you would like to have addressed at the Workshop or successful education programs you would like to share with others. We will be planning the Workshop agenda in the next few weeks. We look forward to hearing from you.
