Description This report seeks to provide assistance in planning a strategy for implementing human rights education programmes in the state of Victoria (Australia) directed at legal professionals and peak community bodies. The report seeks to do this by considering the programmes that exist in four jurisdictions with similar human rights legislation as Victoria, which adopted a Charter on Human Rights and Responsibilities in 2006: South Africa; United Kingdom; the Australian Capital Territory; and New Zealand.
