HREA works to advance gender equality and to ensure that women and girls across the globe are able to realize their human rights. HREA mainstreams gender throughout its programming and seeks to engage men and boys, alongside women and girls, throughout the range of e-learning instruction, face-to-face training and blended learning programs it offers in an effort to create lasting change.
