An additional purpose of this guide is to raise awareness of current initiatives to eliminate exploitative child labour as mandated by the Resolution on Child Labour in 1996. While the general focus of the guide is methods of implementation, the guide also reviews past successful initiatives and models. This reference manual is also appropriate for use by human rights practitioners, social workers, public officials, and unionists.
