Launch of toolbox to implement the UN Bangkok Rules

Women in detention: Putting the UN Bangkok Rules into PracticeA Toolbox to implement the UN Bangkok Rules on the human rights of women in prison will be launched at UN Headquarters on 16 October 2013. The Toolbox has been developed to support states in the implementation of gender-sensitive penal systems.
