HREA is carrying out a short-term evaluation of an online adult learning program designed to promote human rights knowledge and skills among legal professionals in Belarus, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine.

We are seeking a temporary, Russian speaking researcher/evaluator to assist in the analysis of learning materials and online learning environments; to carry out interviews; and to assist in analysis and report writing.

This part-time consultancy position would require an estimated 15 days between early March - end of May.
