|  14 September 2010 -- HREA is issuing a final call for applications for a series of new short certificate courses via e-learning. These short e-learning courses are six weeks in duration and involve approximately 30 hours of reading, interaction with students and instructor on discussion boards, and "webinars" with invited guests. The courses are offered in collaboration with The Right to Education Project, Transparency International, the University for Peace Human Rights Centre, and War Child Holland.
We are issuing a call for applications for the following short certificate courses:
Environment and Human Rights (20 October-30 November 2010)
Health and Human Rights (18 October-28 November 2010)
Housing Rights are Human Rights (6 October-16 November 2010)
International Refugee Law and Contemporary Challenges (11 October-21 November 2010)
Safeguards against Torture and Ill-Treatment (13 October-23 November 2010)
The Rights of Persons with Disabilities (4 October-14 November 2010)
The Right to Education (20 October-30 November 2010)
