Cambridge, 16 July 2003 -- Today the Geneva-based organisation HURIDOCS launched HURISEARCH. "HURISEARCH" allows searching sites of non-governmental human rights organisations in 58 different languages. HREA has assisted HURIDOCS International with the implementation of this new search engine for human rights information. HURISEARCH is a pilot project and at the moment over 600 sites of human rights NGOs are included.

HURISEARCH has been developed by HURIDOCS in cooperation with HREA, with the financial assistance of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
