Cambridge, 20 May 2011 -- The first issue in what is already the tenth volume of the ERC-L Human Rights Education Newsletter appeared! ERC-L is a monthly e-mail newsletter about new resources for human rights education and training on the web site of HREA. HREA's Electronic Resource Centre (ERC) consists of: a Library; a Forums section with various discussion lists related to human rights and human rights education; a Human Rights Links section; and a Databases section.

The first issue of the newsletter appeared in March 2000. Since then 98 newsletters with over 1,000 resources have been published by HREA. The ERC-L is distributed monthly to 11,000+ subscribers worldwide.
