Description This guide serves as a reference for non-governmental organisations that wish to report to the Committee on the Rights of the Child. The NGO Group works to enable national NGOs and coalitions to participate in the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child reporting process. The Committee on the Rights of the Child oversees the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its principles. NGOs serve as independent enforcers of the Convention and can also submit state or regional reports on children’s rights-related issues.
